Im sick and tired of the Hard rock/ heavy metal genre never getting any spotlight. Im tired of all this Christina aguliera and janet jackson pop crap that they put out every year. There are lots of fans of this type of music. Metaliica or Iron Maiden would be a perfect bands for the halftime show. Its time to get some headbanging at the halftime show for a change

    I myself am a heavy metal fan, but disagree with you. The Superbowl is watched by many so the halftime show needs to have a broad appeal. I don’t know where you’ve been, but the last few years have featured rock bands. The Who, Bruce Springstein, and Tom Petty have been the act in recent years.
