If i usually like punk rock and pop punk, do you think i will like hard rock and metal?

    good punk rock died out with the *** Pistols really. pop punk can’t think of any

    You could do, I used to like pop punk then went onto metal-anything’s possible

    As for Oasis, they used to be under the label ‘Britpop’ but I’d call them alternative (but not the indie alternative cos they’re signed to a major label.)

    I love punk but dont like metal.Listen to a litlle hard rock.
    Oasis are britpop like,blur,pulp,suede.Just normal rock really.or alternative at a push.

    Well I used to be into punk (still sorta am) and then I checked out bands like Black Sabbath and Motley Crue, and that got me into hard rock/ metal

    i dont know if you like old, good punk. but if you wanna give it a try, i recommend the Ramones, the *** Pistols, and the Clash.
    i dont know any pop punk. maybe Avril Lavigne?

    AC/DC
    Black Sabbath
    Led Zeppelin
    Guns n Roses
    Nirvana (they’re accually grunge but they’re awsome!)

    it really depends on who you are. i love pop punk (my fav genre) but i also love every time i die and norma jean. just listen to a few different bands and see what you like. remember… you’re mind is like a parachute, it only works if it’s open
