Why are the females in mixed gender rock/pop bands mostly singers or percussion?

In de bandAs, een gemengde band (twee kerels en een meisje), leiden de meisjesspelen/baarzen maar doesn' t zingt. Bevrijd, een Engelse band that' niet zeer bekend s nog, heeft twee meisjes op lood en baarzen en een vrouwelijke slagwerker. Misschien you' het re enkel missen alle vrouwen? Maar ik vind eigenlijk er vrouwelijkere zangers die slechts dan mensen zingen, en meer banden zijn die volledig mensen zijn. Wat ik nooit schijn om te zien is een band (met instrument-niet wat groep pop zingen) is een meerderheid van meisjes. It' s altijd jongens die meisjes of volledig

Shiny Toy Guns – female bassist
Eisley – female guitarists
Bright Eyes – the band has guest instrumentalists for each of their albums and for his last album they had a female drummer
Beirut – female violinist
Devotchka – female sousaphone and stringed bass player

I know this one. It’s actually a sexist reason, but I used to sing in a band and I played keyboards. They wanted me out front, dancing a bit while I was singing, to I played tambourine and wear **** clothes, etc. Any ugly old troll can park behind the drums, and the guitars and keyboards cover your body.
I may get some thumbs downs but that’s why. They want the women up front for *** appeal. Just because they aren’t playing an instrument doesn’t mean that they can’t.
